Notes to Rates

A deposit of £250 is required to secure the booking. The full amount is due 8 weeks before the holiday. The £250 deposit will be refunded one week after departure. Supplement if more that 6 adults = £50 per week. We also accept payment in Euros. A discount of 20% is available for rentals of 3 weeks or more from November to March, although electricity will be chargeable.

Other Details

Management and Car Hire. We have a management team who are available at all times. They will welcome you to the villa and provide any information required. Linen is changed every week. Guests staying for longer who do not wish to be disturbed can ask for a clean set of linen to be provided. The pool and garden will be maintained once a week (normally Saturday). We also have our own car for rent, with collection and return at airport - prices available on request. Andalucia has something for everyone, the holiday towns of Costas (Malaga, Torremolinos, Marbella and Fuengirola) and the miles of clubs, bars, cafes, golf clubs and beaches that line a rocky coast. There are the traditional Spanish White Villages (Mijas, Casares, Zahara) and for cultural visitors, the highlights are the cities of Granada, Seville, Cordoba and of course Malaga. For wildlife enthusiasts, there are some of the highest mountains in Europe.

Sport

There are 33 golf courses on the Costa Del Sol, several of which are within half an hours drive of Casa Pepe. We can arrange rounds at the local courses if required. The Lew Hoad Tennis Club, horse riding, go karting and Mija Aqua Park are all within 10 minutes drive. The beautiful ski resort of the Sierra Nevada is only 2 hours drive away (skiing from late November to end April).
