La Rosa is a charming detached cottage set within the grounds of Cortijo el Rosal where the owners live all year. The garden has oranges, lemons, figs, almonds, walnuts, persimons, grapes and loquats, a truly peaceful and tranquil setting to get away from it all with views of the southern mountains.
The living room has a sofa bed, chairs, dining table, CD player, TV, video and wood burner for cosy winter evenings. The kitchen is well equipped with gas cooker, fridge-freezer and washing machine. The bathroom has a bath with shower over, basin and toilet. The bedroom has twin beds. There's an electric fan for the summer and an electric fire as well as the wood burner for the winter. Outside there are two patiios with tables, chairs and barbecue. The pool with sun bathing terrace is shared with the owners, very little chlorine is used as it is kept clean with the use of an ionizer.

Prices and change over day
The prices given are for 2 people in the cottage, extra persons are £28 per person per week. Bed linen and towels are provided for inside the cottage but you need to bring your own towels for the pool. Change over day is on Tuesday in high and mid season season and we ask guests to arrive from 3.30pm and to vacate the cottage by 10.30am on departure day.
