This is a semi-detached villa offering self catered accommodation, located near the sea in the town of Puerto Banus. It is on a resort. This property sleeps 10, has 4 bedrooms, 4 single beds, 3 double beds. There are 3 bathrooms, 3 baths, 3 showers, 3 WCs.

7ft American Style Pool Table The second floor has purposely been left as the floor to which you can chill out on when you just want to get away from it all. The room opens out to a terrace either side with sun loungers on both terraces. The room itself houses a 7ft American style pool table, sofa and a small fridge, but is the ideal place to throw on some tunes and either soak up the sun or sit in the cool interior relaxing.

It is 1 km to San Pedro which is a typically spanish town with lots of lovely restaurants, bodegas, shops etc. The famous Marina at Puerto Banus and cosmopolitan Marbella with its cobbled streets and Orange Square are within a 10 minute drive. Beautiful Ronda nestling amongst the Sierra Blanca mountains with the oldest Bullring in Spain is reached easily within 45 minutes. Benhavis 12km, Spanish equestrian Centre 8km. The Bel Air Platinum is 15 mins walk or 5 mins drive to the local beaches.

Skiing

Bel Air Platinum is within 2 hours drive of the Sierra Nevada mountains and its wonderful ski resort where you can hire all the necessary ski equipment. TThe best months are Jan/Feb/March when the skiing is excellent. It is possible through the winter to ski in the morning and swim in the pool at Bel Air late afternoon!

Booking notes

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation. The balance is payable 10 weeks prior to departure. Your townhouse is prepared/cleaned at start of your holiday, if you require extra cleaning or linen please mention when booking as this is extra.
