Our holiday home has retained many of the original Valencian features: the vaulted beamed ceiling, the traditional Valencian doors and cupboards.The living area is L shaped and is divided into a sitting area near the door, a dining area and a further seating area. 1 double & 1 twin bedroom with ample storage space, a kitchen/diner, fully equipped with washing machine fridge/freezer etc. & a fully tiled bathroom and shower. All linen is provided except beach towels. Outside there is a large sunny private patio with table, chairs, parasol and gas bbq. Electric & gas fires are provided and there is a reverse action air con unit. Mostly Spanish speaking, Palma has a bakery, a couple of butchers & a small supermarket within a few minutes walk. There is an English speaking chemist and an ATM 5 mins walk. For a larger shopping spree there is Carrefour in Gandia & other supermarkets nearby.There are bars and cafes locally.
